We collect account details you provide (name, work email, company and role), the property operations data you enter (properties, buildings, units, turnovers, vendors, inspections and photos), and basic technical logs needed to operate the service.
Your data is used solely to provide TurnProHub: running turnovers, showing dashboards, notifying your team and vendors, and supporting your account. We do not sell personal information.
Each company has its own isolated workspace. Access is enforced at the database level so one customer can never view another customer's properties, units, photos or team.
Turn photos are stored in private storage and are only accessible to authorized members of the workspace that uploaded them.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your workspace data at any time by emailing us.
